Eminem is sueing 5 ringtone companies who are leeching of his songs without paying royalties.
The Associated Press claims that Cellus USA, FanMobile, Nextones.com, MyPhoneFiles and MatrixM are named in the suit that will take place in the U.S. District court in Detroit.
"This is a big business," said attorney Howard Hertz, a representative for the plaintiffs. "We're talking hundreds of thousands of dollars a year."
