Jessica got up. “Jess, where are you going?” Nick asked in concern.

“Art‘s been arrested” she told him “I‘m going down there” she added. “Well, I‘m going with you then” Nick said getting up off of the couch. “I wouldn‘t have it any other way” she said heading for the door. Nick was right behind her. They left, and walked down the hallway towards her room.
There he was. The man that had made her life a living hell. Now, he was in handcuffs being read his rights. She couldn’t help but be thrilled as she watched him now not in control. For years, he had been in control and for once now, he had no control over anything. The tables were finally turned. She felt so triumphant. For once, he would know how it felt to have control over nothing. He was now being taken to jail. She stood there with a serious, yet angry look on her face, though she was smiling to herself on the inside. She stood and watched the officer escort Art out in cuffs with Nick behind her with his arms around her and her father to her side. She needed Nick there with her. Had he not been there, she would not have been able to watch. Once Art had left, Jess breathed a huge sigh of relief and fell back into Nick as he supported her. They then all went into Tina’s and Joe’s room to talk about what just happened.
