Tina got them something to drink and then sat down herself. Just then, Ashlee and Mel came into the room from their suite. “Oh my God, Jess, are you okay?” Ashlee asked going over to give her a hug. ”Oh, Jessie, I‘m so sorry” Melanie said giving her a hug as well. Melanie and Ashlee went to sit down across from Nick and Jessica. Joe began to speak. He explained what the charges were and what they meant. If convicted, Art would only spend about a year in jail and two on probation. That was not nearly enough for that beast but at least it was something. If he did get sent to jail, for hurting his own daughter, the other inmates would more then likely beat him up, which would be a good thing. After Joe had finished explaining everything, they all got up and went their separate ways. Jess went with Nick back to his suite to get her things. She was still in his t-shirt, so her top was back at his room as well as her purse and phone. “What are you doing tonight?” Jessica asked Nick. “I‘m going bowling with Jeff, Justin, and Drew. I would like you to come, but I completely understand if you don‘t want to go out anywhere.” Nick told her. “Oh, I don‘t want to intrude on you guys - ” Jessica began but Nick cut her off. “Baby, your not intruding, you could never intrude, never.” Nick told her while walking over to her taking her face in his hands. “Okay, I‘ll go” Jessica said with a laugh. “And don‘t worry baby, Drew will be taking his girlfriend too, so you won‘t be the only girl with us.” he told her. “Girlfriend?” Jessica questioned. “Yeah, I think you met her yesterday, her name is Leah” he told her. “No, I mean me. You just called me my girlfriend,” she said with a smile on her face. “Well, yeah. I guess I haven‘t mentioned it but, would you be my girlfriend?” he asked. Jessica replied with a huge smile “Of course.” and Nick bent down and kissed her. Jessica then left and went to go tell her sis and Mel everything that had happened between her and Nick, and to get ready to go out.
