Release Date of Jessica Simpson’s New Album, “A Public Affair”
Jessica Simpson will release her new album, “A Public Affair”, on August 29. The release of her new album will be kicked off by the release of the single of the same title. The 12 –track album features songs written by Johnta Austin, with Jessica Simpson co-writing 9 songs.
The songs from “A Public Affair” were produced by some of the music industry’s finest – Jimmy Jam, Terry Lewis, Cory Rooney, Scott Storch, and Lester Mendez. The single, produced my Lester Mendez, is a dance-pop summer anthem about a girl’s night out. High profile stars such as Eva Longoria, Christina Applegate, Christina Milian, and Ryan Seacrest will join Jessica Simpson on the skating-rink themed video. Jessica claims that "My album's definitely a reflection of where I am this very moment. It's happy, it's summer, I just want to get out with my girlfriends and have a good time and enjoy myself."
The video for the single “A Public Affair” will be released on July 19th on TRL, where Jessica will make a special appearance.
